Privacy at launch
Lady Europa does not use audience analytics, advertising trackers, behavioural profiling, remarketing, fingerprinting, account registration, newsletter capture or optional marketing cookies at launch.
The site is delivered through Microsoft Azure Static Web Apps. Technical request information may be processed as necessary to deliver, secure and operate the hosting service. This can include information such as an IP address, requested URL, timestamp and browser or network characteristics. EVH Consult does not use that information to build audience profiles or run visitor analytics for Lady Europa.
Purpose, legal basis and recipients
Where technical personal data is processed under EVH Consult's responsibility, the purpose is to make the public website available, maintain its security and diagnose operational problems. The legal basis is the legitimate interest in operating a secure public editorial website. Hosting-related information may be processed by Microsoft as the infrastructure provider and disclosed to competent authorities where legally required.
Provider processing and any international transfers are governed by the data-protection terms and safeguards applicable to the Azure service. EVH Consult does not set a separate Lady Europa analytics-retention period because the site does not operate an analytics system.
Your rights
Where the GDPR applies, you may request access, rectification, erasure or restriction of personal data, and you may object to processing where the law provides that right. Send privacy-rights requests to contact@evhconsult.eu.
You may also lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority. Privacy information will be corrected if the site's actual processing changes.
